New Student Registration

Registration for School is by appointment ONLY.  Please contact the
Office of Community Services at (609) 443-2881, ext. 6800


ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • ONLY PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MAY ENROLL A STUDENT
  • STUDENT MUST LIVE IN DISTRICT WITH PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN
  • THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT:
  • PROOF OF RESIDENCY (address)

    FOR HOMEOWNERS :
    Current (not old) property tax bill or deed, HUD
    AND
    Current
    month's utility bill with name and address 


    FOR RENTERS:
    Current
    (not expired) lease
    AND
    Current utility bill with name and address 

    (Note: Additional documentation of residency may be required.  Affidavits will be provided if necessary.)
  • PROOF OF STUDENTíS DATE OF BIRTH
    Birth Certificate / Passport / Baptismal Record / Other Official Document Indicating Age

  • UPDATED IMMUNIZATION RECORD
    Document in English, with studentís name, doctor or clinic name, and month, date & year of shots

  • PHYSICAL/DENTAL EXAM DOCUMENTATION ó Forms to be completed within 30 days of registration
  • SCHOOL RECORDS (if available)Transfer card / State ID # / Report card / Test scores / IEP
        
  • PROOF OF CUSTODY (if applicable)
    Legal divorce decree indicating physical (residential) custody of student Notarized letter from estranged parent Proof of support (child support stub, Medicare card, etc.) Court documents indicating placement of student

The New Student Registration Packet must be completed to properly register your child. It may be downloaded by clicking on the link. Please print it out and bring the completed forms to your registration appointment.
