Due to a special author event, the library will be closed to study hall and lunch students on Friday.

The Model United Nations club will be hosting it's very own conference here at Hightstown High School on Saturday, February 25, from 8:30AM to 4:00PM. This is a great opportunity to come try out what the club is all about and dive right into the action. Email hightstownmun@gmail.com if you have any questions. We hope to see you there.

Are you interested in math, science, and technology? The STEM Club will be meeting on Wednesday, March 1st in room 602 at 2:30p.  Come and see what we're all about!

Any student interested in Lap Swimming or Water Jogging -- Please get a permission slip outside the pool.  Dates are Mondays, March 6, 13, 27 and April 3 from 2:30 to 4:00.  Any question see Mrs. O'Connor.

Attention all Juniors interested in applying for the National Honor Society.  It is time to begin your application.  Directions and applications are available on the HHS website.  You will find all the information you need by using the NHS link.  

​On February 28th there will be a  final meeting for the German Exchange 2017 trip.  Students and parents are encouraged to attend! The meeting is in room 301 at 7PM!  Any questions or concerns, please see Frau Peterson.

CANCELED---The annual FMLA badminton tournament is this Friday the 24th. Come play or watch the fun with your friends. Tickets are $10 per 2-person team, or $2 to be a spectator. It will be in the annex gym at 6:30. Watch for the new date.

Attention Seniors:  Please remember to log in to your Naviance account and update your college statuses as necessary.  Please indicate what colleges you’ve been accepted to, as well as what college you have chosen to attend, if you know at this point.

The African American Awareness Club production "A Touch of Black" will showcase next Friday Feb 24. Come join us for a night of culture, dance, fashion and free food. Tickets go on sale during lunches. $3.00 in advance or $5.00 at the door.

All students interested in participating in HHS spring track and field please attend a meeting on March 1st (note the new date) at 2:30 in the cafeteria.  Any questions or concerns, please see Mr. Edwards or Mrs. Peterson.

 Are you a Junior looking to be a part of Teen PEP next year? Pick up your applications from Mrs. D'Alessandro, Mrs. Brower or in Guidance starting Feb. 15th.

Any Junior boy or girl who is interested in attending NJ Boys or Girls State needs to see Mr. Dunn in room 201.

Don't forget -- the Snowball Dance is coming up on March 3rd. Tickets are $5 in advance (purchase them during your lunch period in the Student Activity Hallway) or $7 at the door. Breathalyzer forms are required for this event --pick one up in the library or house offices.

There are many opportunities for tutoring after school in the library. Try NHS TUTORING  every TUESDAY AND THURSDAY, for help with any subject.   MATH NHS  offers tutoring for any math course every WEDNESDAY, SPANISH NHS will offer tutoring in any subject on Thursdays.  Late bus passes will be provided.

The Athletic Department has launched a new app that will provide fans with points for attending home athletic events.  Go to your app store and search for Ram Stampede (two words) or ramrewards  (one word).   The winner at the end of each season will receive a prize.

HHS Marching Band Win New Jersey State Championships!
The Hightstown High School Marching Band placed 1st out of 23 bands at New Jersey State Championships last night. In addition to the win, the Marching Rams won Best Overall Effect. The band will continue their season at Robbinsville High School this Saturday and complete their season at National Championships on November 5.
