Math League and the Math National Honor Society will be holding their first meeting TODAY after school in room 103. See Ms. Montgomery or Mr. McCafferty if you cannot attend.

German students:  the Oktoberfest is TODAY, periods 6 & 8.

Congratulations to the Girls' Tennis Team! With a win over West Windsor Plainsboro South, they finish the season with a record of 19 -2.

Pumpkin-grams are on sale during lunch everyday this week for $3.  The pumpkin and message will be delivered on Halloween.​

DECA will be holding a MANDATORY meeting on Thursday November 3rd in Room 310. You must be at this meeting to compete at regional competition!

Freshman, JV and V Boys' Soccer Dinner November 3rd in Cafe M.

Girls' Lacrosse will have a meeting with Coach Trivisano after school in the health rooms.

Do you like architecture, construction, or engineering?  The ACE club was created to explore your interest in the design and construction industry.    We will tour construction sites and work as a team on a design project assuming the various roles of the construction field.​ We will be mentored by professional architects and engineers from K.S.S. Architectural firm. Come to this year's first ACE club meeting on November 2nd from 2:20 to 4:00 in room 504.  All are welcome.

Newcomer Field Hockey uniforms must be washed & returned to Coach Wolf in the athletic office by Fri. 10/28 @ 2pm.

Permission slips and payments are due to Mrs. Stoby by Thursday for the FIT trip. 

Senior Wear forms can be picked up in any house office, in rooms 110 and 108 or from senior class officers.  Orders are due by November 9 to  Mrs Horta or Mrs. Weintraub.  

Baby RAMS will be accepted until November 7th. Turn in to Mr. S in room 700.

Weight Room open this week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Anyone who is interested in the Swim Team should stay after school for open swim on Thursday Oct. 27, Tuesday Nov. 1 and Thursday Nov. 3.  First practice is Nov. 7th in room 402.

Congratulations to the HHS Marching Band for taking the title in the the State Championships!

All boys' soccer uniforms are due back to Coach Wolkiewicz by FRIDAY 10/28.  All Girls' soccer uniforms are due to Coach Hess now.

Any student interested in auditioning for Jazz Band should see Mr. Ernst or Mr. Halat in the band room to sign up for a time, and to pick up the music. Auditions are right after school in the band room on Tuesday, November 1. 

The Finance Club will be holding their first meeting after school on November 2nd in room 309.   All are welcome.

The annual  powder puff game  is Wednesday November 16th at 3:30 on the football field.

Do you need help with completing assignments, homework, studying for tests? Try NHS TUTORING after school until 4:00 in the library, every TUESDAY AND THURSDAY. Student volunteers offering to help you!

The Athletic Department has launched a new app that will provide fans with points for attending home athletic events.  Go to your app store and search for Ram Stampede (two words) or ramrewards  (one word).   The winner at the end of each season will receive a prize.

Attention Students and Staff: anyone interested in swimming laps or water jogging, stay after school on Oct.  27, Nov. 1st and 3rd.  Students need a signed permission form to attend.  Forms are outside the pool door and in the pool office.  Any questions see Mrs. O'Connor in the pool office.

Anyone interested in lifeguarding after school for community service hours please see Mrs. O'Connor in the pool office. 

Colleges visiting HHS this week: Be sure you meet the minimum gpa and check in with your teacher before going to the Counseling Office.  Monday: Ramapo College at  9:30  gpa 3.0  and  George Washington University at 1:15 gpa 3.8.  Tuesday : York College of PA at 8:30, gpa 2.8  and Fashion Institute of Tecnology at 1:15  gpa 2.5.  Thursday: Drew University at 9:30, gpa 3.3.

HHS Marching Band Win New Jersey State Championships!
The Hightstown High School Marching Band placed 1st out of 23 bands at New Jersey State Championships last night. In addition to the win, the Marching Rams won Best Overall Effect. The band will continue their season at Robbinsville High School this Saturday and complete their season at National Championships on November 5.
