If you are a 2015 graduating senior and you have not completed a Diploma Verification Sheet, please see Mr. Palmisano ASAP in the principal’s office. 

You can still reserve a yearbook! They go fast so don't wait until the last minute! Bring a check for $80 made out to HHS yearbook.  See Mr. S in room 700.

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test will be given on Wednesday, April 1st at 7:30 in the Library.  The ASVAB test is the placement test for every branch of the armed services.  A student DOES NOT have to join the military in order to take the ASVAB test.  The ASVAB test can also be utilized as a career exploration platform.  ASVAB test scores WILL NOT be sent to military recruiters.  Students who are interested in taking the ASVAB test should sign-up for it in the Guidance Office as soon as possible.   

Come out to Bounce-U tonight for Cosmic Bounce from 8-10!  Tickets are $10 and are being sold during lunch.

Auditions for the final Coffee House of the year will be held next Tuesday March 31st after school.  If wish to audition, you must pick up an audition form from any of the music teachers and sign your name on the list in the choir room.

A representative from the Marines will be available to meet with students in the cafeteria during lunch today.

Reminder to lifeguards needing re-certification:  there will be a one-time/one-day Lifeguarding Re-certification course this Sunday, March 29th, here at the HHS pool from 8:30-5:30. See Mrs. O'Connor or Mrs. Zapicchi with any questions. 

HHS FCCLA will be collecting canned foods and non-perishable items for the food bank in South Jersey. Please drop off donations to room 405 or give to any FCCLA member through Thursday of this week. Thank you in advance for your support.

The pool will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays for lap swimming and water jogging during the month of March.  Come join the fun!  All you need is a bathing suit, a towel and a permission form.  See Mrs. O’Connor with any questions.

The HHS Gay-Straight Alliance will meet next Tuesday, 3/31, in room 136 after school. Day of Silence participation guidelines and information cards will be distributed, so please be sure to attend the meeting if you plan on joining us in silence later in April. Hope to see you there!

Auditions for the Adelante Club’s 2nd annual Hispanic Heritage Show will be after school on Tuesday March 31st in room 144.  The show will be on Thursday April 23.  Please see Mr. Hernandez, Efrain Monterroso or Vanessa Reyes for more information.  You do not have to be Hispanic or Latino to participate.  Everyone is welcome!

Wednesday, April 1 is Hat Day! Please wear a hat and support HHS Scholarships. The cost is $3. See Mr. Dunn in room 201 or Mrs. Zapicchi or Mr. Russo in the PE areas.

The African American Awareness Club Shoprite Bagging sign up is in Mr. Edwards’ room 214. Sign up is needed for club members who wish to attend the tentative trip.

Spring After Prom Bagging is Sunday from 10 to 4 at Shoprite. Come out and help if you'd like a chance to win a Visa gift card!

Any senior who did not pick up their Claire's fundraiser order must see Mrs. Montgomery asap today.

Field hockey players can pick up summer camp applications with Coach Wolf. Registration money is due after spring break, April 14. 

In a nail-biting game to the very end, the students won last nights’ staff vs. student basketball game in OVERTIME, 63-62! Thanks to all of the staff and students who played!
