Daily Announcements - Friday September 19 - Day D

After school hours in the library have begun, running Tuesdays through Fridays until 4:00.  Any student who would like to go to the library after school must be signed into the library by 2:30.  After 2:30, any student who would like to enter the library must have a pass from a teacher or house office. If you leave the library, you may not return and will not be given a late bus pass. 

The Lost and Found is now located outside the Security Booth at the front of the school.

A representative from the following colleges will be at Hightstown High School: today at 1:00 University of Maine; Monday September 22nd Mount Saint Mary at 8:30. Please meet at the Counseling Office for these meetings.

The weight room will be open today.

Any student interested in lifeguarding after school for Community Service Hours please see Mrs. O'Connor.

Any student who is interested in swimming laps or doing water jogging after school please see Mrs. O'Connor for a permission slip.  This event will start on Mondays Sept. 29 to Nov. 10, 2014 from 2:30 to 3:45.

The French Club Trip to see Pippin in NYC on November 5.  The cost is $67 for a ticket and the bus ride.  See Madame Romans in room 143 for more details and a permission slip.

The Future Business Leaders of America Club will be holding a meeting after school on Tuesday in room 306 at 2:20.  All CURRENT and NEW members are welcome! 

Senior Baby Ram forms can be picked up in your house office.  Senior Superlative lists are in the Delaney house.

Attention TUWU! All seniors and freshmen will meet today period 7 in room 140.

Attention all seniors!  Your Yankee Candle fundraiser is due by Wednesday, September 24th.  Hand in your form to Mrs. Horta in room 108 or Mrs. Montgomery in room 114.

Attention all boys interested in playing lacrosse in the spring! There will be a brief captain’s meeting in room 403 at 2:20 on Monday. Fall sports athletes will be released early.

PSAT Information
Historically, Hightstown High School has offered the PSAT test on a specific Saturday during the month of October. The College Board also offers school districts the ability to administer the PSAT on a specific school day during the week. This year, the College Board has designated Wednesday, October 15, 2014 as the weekday for PSAT Administration.
